Look around you and you'll see many apparently high-achieving people living apparently wonderful lives. But many of those formidable people secretly struggle with who they really are, doubting their own identity and worth in a socially complex world. Maybe you are one of them. Maybe an irrational sense of fear prevents you from living the life you want. If so, working with me could be your solution.

In eight enlightening weekly sessions, spread flexibly over two months, you will learn what it has taken me 20 years to figure out.

Our sessions will help you gain perspective and understanding of what's going on in your life. They'll help you see that the results you get in life, good and bad, are powered and created by your model of thinking. My role is to help you understand that model so you can make changes to it and ultimately improve your life.

With this new found understanding you can begin living your life with intention, thinking deliberately rather than being at the mercy of your circumstances - no matter what those circumstances are.

I will teach you tools, techniques and concepts to help manage your life, personally and professionally, putting you in control of your behaviour and mood.

During our sessions, we will identify and discuss your patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, all of which have such a significant impact on the results in your life. Typical human emotions cover a wide spectrum of feelings but all too often, the rumination of an unmanaged mind can be negative, unrealistic and unhelpful. I will guide you through the process of identifying these debilitating thoughts and changing them. This will dramatically improve your life. You will no longer be a slave to your emotions.

I will teach you powerful techniques so you can always be in charge of your thinking, rather than the other way around.

Together, we will look at those self-perceptions that place limitations on your abilities. I will help you conquer those limiting beliefs and destructive inner voices, and move you to a more truthful and empowering mind-set.
