There is so much truth and wisdom here

But we are so invested in our story

Almost fighting for our pain

Who would you be without your story?

How much of your world is made up of unexamined stories?

Much of my work is helping people unpick and investigate the stories they've been telling themselves for a long time

I'm not good enough

People will judge me if they know the real me

I'm going to get found out as a fraud

I show them their mind; that it is their thinking that is actually the fraud

And they are the author of their own suffering

I show them how they can change the story anytime they choose
